Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

(1) These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'the Terms') are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and Shinsegae Eye Clinic in relation to the use of internet-related services (hereinafter 'the Services') provided by Shinsegae Eye Clinic.

(2) By completing the registration process prescribed by Shinsegae Eye Clinic and clicking the 'Register' button, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other applicable laws and customs of the Republic of Korea.

Article 2 (Definition of Member)

A "Member" refers to any person who accesses Shinsegae Eye Clinic's website, registers as an online member in accordance with these Terms, and receives the services provided by Shinsegae Eye Clinic.

Article 3 (Membership Registration)

(1) A person wishing to become a member shall fill in the required information in the registration form prescribed by Shinsegae Eye Clinic and click the 'Register' button to apply for membership.

(2) Shinsegae Eye Clinic shall register the applicant as a member unless the applicant falls under any of the following:

• 1. The applicant has previously lost membership under Article 6, Paragraph 3 of these Terms, unless 3 years have passed and reapplication has been approved by Shinsegae Eye Clinic.
• 2. The registration information contains false, missing, or erroneous details.
• 3. The registration is deemed to cause significant technical difficulties for Shinsegae Eye Clinic.

(3) The membership agreement is considered established when Shinsegae Eye Clinic's approval reaches the applicant.

(4) Members shall immediately update any changes to their registration information as provided in Paragraph 1.
